Founder of FIT (Find Ignite Transform) Mary Beth Woehrle empowers women who feel broken, defeated, and powerless to heal and strengthen their bodies, transform their minds, and ignite their spirits to live a life of wholeness. They believe in the power cultivated by a community of strong women and that together can accomplish more than what we can individually.
FIT serves women in Central Indiana who need lifted up. They work with women with financial hardship who are struggling with living life and who may have lost their way and feel overwhelmed. Their passion is to empower women to strengthen body, mind and spirit, rewriting their story to live whole and free.
